

It’s fairly easy to change any of these elements for part or all of the document, on a case-by-case basis. When you create a document in Google Docs, default settings such as font, line spacing, and background color are automatically applied to the document. However, they can require everyone to use a particular font and share this information with them so that they can change their default settings accordingly. I don’t think there is a way to change the default value throughout the organization, as users define their own defaults. It will only be used by default for new documents created in the future. Please note that this does not retroactively affect previously created documents. And if you ever want to go back to the original Google Doc font, just go to Format>Options>Restore styles.
